What we collect

Site visitors

Prospective and current clients

• Contact and company details you submit through our forms: name, work email, company, website
• Information about your requirements: disciplines needed, team size, timeline, and what you describe to us
• Correspondence and call notes generated during the engagement

Candidates

• Name, email, links to your professional profiles and portfolio
• Discipline, experience, self-reported English level, and the material you submit
• Assessment results from the live task and interview notes

Why we use it

• To respond to your enquiry and prepare the proposal you requested
• To deliver, staff and manage a contracted engagement
• To evaluate candidates and match them to client roles
• To understand how the site is used and improve it
• To meet accounting, tax and other legal obligations

We do not sell personal information, and we do not add people who contact us to unrelated marketing sequences.

Legal basis

Depending on the case, we rely on your consent (given when you submit a form or accept non-essential cookies), the performance of a contract, our legitimate interest in operating and improving the business, or compliance with a legal obligation.

Who we share it with

We share personal data only where it is necessary, and only with:

• Service providers that operate our tooling — hosting, email, CRM, analytics and form processing — acting on our instructions
• A client company, when we present a candidate, and only after that candidate agrees
• Advisors and authorities where the law requires it

Some of these providers operate outside Colombia, including in the United States. Where that happens we rely on the transfer mechanisms permitted under applicable law.

How long we keep it

• Enquiries that do not convert: [24] months from the last contact
• Client records: for the duration of the engagement plus the retention period required by Colombian commercial and tax law
• Candidate profiles: [24] months in the vetted pool, unless you ask us to remove them sooner
• Analytics data: as configured in the tools listed in our cookie policy

Your rights

You can ask us to give you a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, restrict how we use it, or withdraw a consent you previously gave. Under Colombian law you also have the right to file a complaint with the Superintendencia de Industria y Comercio. If you are in a US state with a comprehensive privacy law, you may have additional rights including the right to opt out of certain processing.

Security

Access to personal data is limited to the people who need it for their role. Team members sign confidentiality agreements, credentials are managed through password managers, and client system access is granted per role and revoked when it is no longer needed. No system is perfectly secure, but we do not treat that as a reason to be casual.

Children

This site and our services are directed at businesses and working professionals. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.

Changes

If we change this policy we update the date above. Material changes will be announced on this page before they take effect.
